| Delivery costs |
UK delivery - Delivery cost of £5.00 will be added to all orders.
Mainland Europe and Republic of Ireland - Delivery will cost £10.00 per item - please order as normal and we will send a payment request for the outstanding balance at £10.00 per item when we are processing your order.
USA & Canada - Delivery will cost £10.00 per item - please order as normal and we will send a payment request for the outstanding balance at £10.00 per item when we are processing your order.
Japan - Delivery will cost £15.00 per item - please order as normal and we will send a payment request for the outstanding balance when we are processing your order.
We use Royal Mail as our normal carrier and parcelforce for larger shipments
All engraved silver gifts orders placed online will be shipped next working day.
For urgent engraved orders using required tomorrow please call us on 00 44 (0) 121 233 4757 before 2.30 P.M. (GMT) to place the order.
So we can engrave and ship on the same day before the 5.00p.m. (GMT) deadline, if you are desperate for delivery — just call us : we are ridiculously flexible and wish to exceed you expectations and be the best Silver gift designers and makers we can be for you.

Damaged/ lost goods; claims must be received in writing within 7 days from receipt.

As a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order if you so wish. You can also reject goods supplied if you are not satisfied.

Prices where quoted are per single item or set of two where stated.

Every effort will be made to supply the exact quantity ordered, but in the event of overs/ unders the invoice will not be subject to discount or compensation.

Gifts of Distinction request that payment for samples is made by Visa. Invoices for full order should be paid by Telex Transfer. Orders accepted upon receipt of purchase order and telex transfer.

Total order cost, when calculated, include all costs (VAT and Delivery), excluding local taxes.
